Select from one of our pre-determined home designs ranging from 3,185 to over 4,645 square feet and build in one of our communities. As with every Sabal home, you can personalize yours with structural and interior design options.
The major advantage of building in this manner is efficiency. Generally speaking, the land preparation, surveying, and engineering are mostly complete, exterior design guidelines and approvals are in place and the permit process can move along fairly swiftly.

If you already own a piece of property or have a solid idea of where you want to live, this might be the best option for you. Some of our homebuyers even choose to replace their existing home with the new home they desire.
